Yes. LRM Customs works with all insurance companies and can assist you throughout the repair claim process. We communicate directly with the insurance company, document hidden damage, submit supplements when additional repairs are needed, and help ensure your vehicle is repaired properly. You always have the right to choose the repair facility…you are NOT required to use the shop recommended by your insurance company.

Not necessarily. In many cases, we can begin the process by reviewing photos, discussing the damage, and collecting your insurance information. However, the vehicle will need to be inspected in person before we can confirm the full scope of repairs, since hidden damage may not be visible in photos. If the vehicle is unsafe or cannot be driven, we can help coordinate towing to LRM Customs.  In some cases, we may also offer complimentary vehicle pickup and delivery.

Yes. Your deductible is the portion of the claim your policy makes you responsible for, and it’s due when you pick up the vehicle. Be cautious of any shop that offers to waive or absorb it — that’s insurance fraud in Texas and it puts your claim at risk.
